Angelshark environmental DNA

Development of a genetic marker (DNA barcode) that allows the detection of the presence of angelsharks thanks to the DNA present in a seawater sample (i.e. environmental DNA). See the results in a comic strip!

Genetic diversity and structure of angelshark populations

Comparison of SNP and microsatellite genetic markers for population genetic analyses, in the Canary Islands and Corsica.
